BoardMatch · Free for Boards

Management companies compete. Your board decides.

Looking for traditional management? Tell us about your community once, and we invite our vetted network to bid and analyze it - standardized so you can compare them side by side. No per-lead fees, no directories selling your phone number, no pressure to pick us. Management on demand: match, rate, rematch.

Free for boards · Anonymous until you choose · Invite-only vetted network · We analyze, they bid

Three Steps

From posting to proposals in days

Post your community

Tell us the basics - property type, unit count, current pain points, budget expectations. Your community stays anonymous to bidders until you decide to engage.

We invite the vetted network

We don’t post your community for anyone to bid on - we invite licensed, insured, credentialed firms matched to your amenity profile, and they submit standardized proposals: scope, pricing, team, transition plan. No spam calls - everything arrives in one place.

Compare and choose

Review bids side by side with board ratings attached. Interview your finalists. Choose on your terms - and if it ever stops working, we rematch you free.

Why Bids Beat Directories

We flipped the lead-selling model on its head

The big “find a property manager” directories charge companies per lead - which means your contact info is the product, and whoever pays most calls you first. BoardMatch inverts it.

Your phone number sold as a lead

You stay anonymous

Companies bid on your community’s profile, not your phone number. You reveal yourself only to finalists you pick.

Whoever pays most calls first

Best bid wins, not biggest budget

Companies compete on price, scope and reputation - a bid process built for board votes, with documentation to match.

Unvetted listings, anyone can pay

Curated, credentialed companies

Every company is vetted for licensing, insurance, designations (CMCA/AMS/PCAM) and board references before they can bid.

Sold once, forgotten forever

Rate & rematch, always

Boards rate their company over time. If service slips below standard, BoardMatch rematches you - free. Accountability never expires.

Both paths, one front door

Choose NeighborLink - or let us match you

We built NeighborLink because we believe AI-native management is the future. But not every board wants that today - some want a traditional local company with an office down the street. BoardMatch serves both: we can manage your community ourselves, or match you to the right traditional firm in your area. Invite us to bid alongside them, or leave us out entirely.

Either way, you get the same thing: a real choice, made by your board, with real information. You choose - that’s the whole point.

  • Invite NeighborLink to bid - or exclude us, no hard feelings
  • Traditional, local, portfolio or AI-native - your call
  • Every path comes with transparent, comparable pricing
FAQ

BoardMatch questions, answered

Is BoardMatch free for boards?

Yes - always. Boards never pay, and your contact info is never sold. Companies pay a success fee only when a board chooses them, so our incentive is a match that lasts, not a lead that closes.

How is this different from the lead-selling directory sites?

Directories sell your contact information per lead. BoardMatch runs a bid process: you post once, vetted companies compete with standardized proposals, and you choose. You’re the customer, not the product.

Does NeighborLink bid too?

Only if you invite us. Include us alongside traditional firms or exclude us completely - the match is about your board’s fit, not our funnel.

What does “rematch” mean?

Boards rate their company through BoardMatch over time. If ratings fall below standard or your board wants a change, we rerun the match free. Companies know it - which keeps service sharp.

Which companies can bid?

Only companies that pass vetting: state licensing where required, insurance, professional designations, verified board references, and response-time standards. Companies apply here - and not everyone gets in.
