Community Feed, Ratings & Marketplace Data

Where your community uses the public feed, reports and fixes are displayed with masking controls (common-area items may show a location; in-unit items post without identifying detail, and per-owner privacy preferences are honored). Ratings you submit are used to compute community quality metrics and to route customer care. BoardMatch community postings are anonymized until a board chooses to engage a bidder; we do not sell board contact information to management companies or anyone else.
