Your community's data is not our product.
Boards hand their management company banking records, homeowner information and legal documents. That deserves more than a privacy policy link. This page explains exactly how we protect what you trust us with, in plain English.
The short version
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, always
- Your records are yours - export everything when you leave
- Linc never sells data or trains public models on your records
- Payments run through PCI DSS certified payment partners
- SOC 2 Type II readiness program underway
- Network learning makes every community's decisions faster
How we protect community data
Encryption everywhere
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Banking and payment credentials are never stored on our systems; they live with our PCI DSS certified payment partners.
Least-privilege access
Team members see only the communities and records their role requires. Access is logged, reviewed and revoked the day a role changes.
Multi-factor authentication
MFA is enforced for every NeighborLink team member and available to every board and resident account.
Backups and continuity
Community records are backed up continuously with point-in-time recovery. Your minutes, financials and documents survive any single failure.
Vendor screening
Every subprocessor that touches community data is reviewed for security posture before we sign, and re-reviewed annually. A current subprocessor list is available on request.
Vulnerability reporting
Found something? Email security@neighborlink.co and a human will respond within one business day. We do not pursue good-faith researchers.
What Linc will and will not do
An AI-native management company owes you clear AI rules. Here are ours.
Your records are yours. Our learning is ours.
We co-own data with your community, and here is what that means in practice. Your records - minutes, financials, homeowner files, documents - belong to your association and export in full, free, any time you leave. The operational intelligence we build from serving many communities (what worked, what did not, and why) is NeighborLink's, and it is how Linc helps every board make faster, better-tested decisions. We never sell data, never share it with advertisers, and never use your private records to train public AI models. The full terms live in your written agreement.
Humans own judgment calls
Linc drafts, schedules, dispatches and reminds, and it brings receipts: past decisions across the network show managers what has worked and what has not before they choose. Decisions that affect a homeowner's money, property or standing are reviewed by people, and every AI action is logged and auditable.
No silent recordings
Linc joins meetings only when invited and identifies itself. Boards control what is recorded, transcribed and retained.
Even-handed by design
Compliance workflows apply the same standards to every home, including board members' homes. The audit trail proves it.
Where we are, honestly
We are a young company and we would rather show you a real roadmap than a wall of borrowed badges. Payments are processed exclusively through PCI DSS Level 1 certified partners, so cardholder data never touches our infrastructure. Our SOC 2 Type II readiness program is underway with continuous monitoring in place, and we publish progress here as milestones land. Communities under audit can request our current security documentation, insurance certificates and subprocessor list through the button below.
We honor state privacy laws including deletion and access requests, and our full commitments live in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
